Rude, no bedside manner at all. Said a 10 mn cebral aneurysm was nothing to worry about, that it was small. Had no empathy nor seemed to care how scared I was. Front desk staff was nice. Whole visit was very cold and impersonal. Would not even recommend him to my worst enemy.

Dr. Vacca has no real bedside manner but performed TWO serious spinal surgeries on my husband who is now back at work and able to do everything he could prior to the lumbar and cervical injuries. I have friends in the medical field locally who speak very highly of his surgical skills regardless of his less than stellar social skills. We would recommend Dante so long as you don't expect a lot of talk from him. The staff assistants are wonderful and go above and beyond to help their patients. The office is nice and well kept.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
