This is the best doctor ever. After 2 emergency hospital visits for deviated septum, Dr Agarwal finally resolved the problem.

Dr Agarwal saw me inpatient at the hospital for severe nosebleeds and clotting. He was amazing! His bedside manner was great as well. I saw his nurse Nicole in the office and the staff was great also. Great DR!

My issue is not with the doctor himself, but the administrative end of the practice. I had two tests done and was to be called when the results came in. I later found out the office got the results the very same day on one test and within 48 hours on the second test. I got no call and had to phone myself asking when I was going to hear from the doctor about the results of which by that time I obtained a copy for myself. Both tests came out with problems on them. Ultimately I was lied to about when they were received. I was told they just received them just now (a lie, they received them 3 days earlier)) and that they would show them to the Doctor right away. I asked if he would call by the end of the day (Friday) and was told no, probably Monday. Monday I did not hear and had to call again at the end of the day. I was told the doctor had left on vacation!!! I did not appreciate this at all.

Dr. Agarwal recently took care of my 22 month old son. He was wonderful. Answered all of our questions and made both myself and my husband very comfortable. I could not have asked for anyone better to operate on my little boy

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
