Yes everything was neat and sterile

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. .
