I was excited to go to Dr. Anderson after reading reviews on how he had helped others with their thyroid issues. At my appointment he answered my questions and told me that I needed to come back to get the lab work done after I waited until the supplements I was taking were out of my system. A week before I needed to go get the lab work done I called to make sure that he could help me and to see if he would treat me based on symptoms and not just the lab results because I didn't want to waste time being told that I was fine. I was told that I needed to go see someone else. So, I had to pay several hundred dollars for an office visit that didn't help me at all!!

The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
