It has been a normal thing for me to wait for over an hour to see the doctor but I have always thought it was worth it, BUT lately it has become too difficult to deal with the billing practices (billed additionally, out-of-pocket, for asking too many questions during a physical). REALLY? Inattentive office staff sending out prescriptions that were not signed. TWICE! Each time I had to go back and have it signed only to sit for another 45-60 minutes or come back another day. My family and I have had this doctor for over a decade and will miss him but it has just become TOO frustrating.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
