This is a horrific office - rude service, the doctor makes off color jokes, they always make you wait 30 minutes longer for your scheduled appointment. I had both Botox and Juvederm here and both times the treatments came out to have bad results, and needed multiple corrective treatment that cost me 3 times more money than the initial treatment. It's a convenient sales practice to overinject one side, so the client comes back to pay more to inject more on the other side to even it out. When you call to make that follow up appointment the front desk fights tooth and nail with you not to even let you see the doctor for at least 2-3- months after the initial treatment. I also had a biopsy of an old kelloid scar with them, and they advised me to have a 2nd biopsy a year and a half later instead of a regular vitamine E treatment that could take care of the raised red scar in 10 weeks just with topical treatments. Again, the 2 biopsies cost me over $400 total, and the vit. E treatment from Walgreen is $14. All the assisting staff is rude and makes faces and inappropriate comments when you explain what you need help with. Do not waist you time and money, tehy will charge you and mess you up, and then will refuse to see you for 3 months!
