Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. One thing that's been so annoying about Larry Underwood, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise.
