Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
