Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff at the desk often seems frazzled, overworked, tired and this makes them seem unfriendly. Dr. Prause is very nice and I trust him implicitly, but he is very quiet and doesn't volunteer up a lot of information unless you ask, but he doesn't mind answering questions so don't be afraid to ask. Otherwise he will come in, do the exam, write the prescription and say very little. The physician assistant, Michael, is also very knowledgeable and I trust him as well. His personality is more outgoing and playful with the children, so some people actually prefer to see him. I don't mind my children seeing either one because I trust them both. Nurse Shirley has been there as long as I can remember, (we've been going over 12 years), and she is great with the kids and very easy to talk to. Overall, the only negative is the front office staff seeming so overworked, often putting you on hold as soon as they answer the phone and leaving you on hold for 5-10 minutes.
