Dr. Manuel is more concerned with getting patients in and out of her office as quickly as possible and less concerned with the wellness of my children. She doesn't listen when you try to explain what is going on with your child and doesn't seem concerned. Turns out - she was wrong and after visits to the ER, there was something seriously wrong with my child and Dr. Manuel just wanted to dismiss it. Her office staff is rude and uncooperative and the wait time is horrible.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
