Really liked Dr. Mair..had a good visit but saw him 2 weeks ago and still waiting to hear from his nurse to set up a procedure he says I need. I have called a couple times and no return call...called the operator to talk to a person and she said she would make sure the nurse got my message..that was a couple days ago..still no call...Im at a loss.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
