Dr Bates has done 3 surgeries on my children. My daughter needed a lymph node biopsy on her neck very close to her artery. Then she needed her tonsils and adnoids removed. He is a wonderful Doctor who has treated my children amazing.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
