They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
