Had an appointment today with Dr. DuComb she is the best. She is so smart, explains every thing so clearly. So blessed to have her as one of my doctors.

My daughter went to Dr. Ducomb as a transfer from another Dermatologist due to moving to college. She is currently on the Accutane program for severe acne. I specifically told the receptionist this when I scheduled the appointment. My daughter went to the appointment and called about 30 minutes later crying because Dr. Ducomb refused to continue prescribing the Accutane. She is already currently on it! Dr. Ducomb felt her acne wasn't 'severe' enough to give it to her. She then critiqued the previous Derm saying that she wasn't a very good Doctor if she is prescribing this. She has no idea what my daughter has been through for the last 1 1/2 years and that she has tried everything because it is required by our insurance. Our insurance is covering this as well because they have saw the records of her going thru every step prior and nothing working for her. We will be denying the copay charges for this because they knew prior that this was the main reason she was coming there, to continue on the program.
I will never recommend Dr Ducomb to anyone that goes to the same college as my daughter and I hope this speaks to someone else about her professionalism with cutting another Dr. down because they treat differently

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No. I still haven't talked to them.

I have been going to Dr Ducomb for 4 + years. I can tell you she is a very good Dermatologist. She takes time with her patients and answers and explains everything. I am very very pleased. Her staff is very nice and helpful.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
