Was the facility accessible? Yes. Was "his" staff friendly, undoubtedly so. Was he rude and extremely unhelpful? YES. If honesty is the best policy, then I'm afraid I cannot say anything that wouldn't mark my review as one full of profanity. It is because of this person that my family is suffering today. His stubbornness is overwhelmingly shocking; as a person with a background in the hard sciences, if an ONCOLOGIST is not familiar with recent cancer research, in all honesty, he should be teaching and not offering treatment as a legitimate doctor. Not only was his lack of awareness in the realm of cancer surprising (and should have sufficed enough for a red flag), but his personality is horrendous. The way I see it, and you may not agree with me, if you are paying a person of any occupation- mechanic, plumber, doctor, etc.- to "fix" or "treat" a problem, you SHOULD have the right to, at the very least, ask a question without the fear of having your person-for-hire exploding in a childish rage; threatening to quit because you simply wanted to know why or what they are using a specific technique or treatment for.. This man would not entertain any questions and legitimate concerns for the patient, and would result to infuriating repetition of a single statement over and over to scare and hastily get away from a impending conversation. Bottom Line: I like House M.D. as much as the next person, but having someone who is 10,000X as rude/arrogant and equivalent to 1/10,000,000th of the perceived intelligence portrayed by the fictional character makes you wonder if this man is not some sort of nightmare in himself..
