I was finally seen an hour after my scheduled appointment. Dr. Kron was in the room with me a total of 5 minutes to discuss my medical issue. He briefly waved his instruments in front of my face and ears, before teling me that it was all in my head. This is after asking me one or two questions like, "Where does it hurt?" and interrupting me while I was answering. He treated me as though I had no right to be wasting his time, prior to dismissing me from the exam room. I was humiliated and embarrased.
