A compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients well-being. I am a self-pay patient. The prices of the services he provides are very affordable for self-pay patients. He always follows up and knows his patients well. When necessary, he always provides great referrals and never makes his patient undergo unnecessary testing (so rare to find nowadays).

It does not matter if your appointment is at 10am sharp, as you will be sitting around waiting. I never was seen at my appointed time, but often waited up to 40 extra minutes, and I never found the place to be that busy to justify making ME late. The staff were so-so, as all they seem to care was to know is your name and your credit card.

The doctor was polite, but seemed to lack knowledge on some areas that I would figure ought to be common knowledge.

I'm used to doctors calling me back, but do not expect a call-back from these guys. If you are worried about the medication you by mistake doubled up on then do not call these people, as he did not call me back. There were 3 times I asked for the doctor to call me over the course of 3 years of being a patient there and every time no call. I found better service by calling the ER at a hospital to get answers.

They are not bad people, but the 3 Stooges would provide better service in my opinion.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They made me pay $300 at the office for a shingles shot despite having proof i was covered 100% and they are an in network provider.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
