The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they went above and beyond

The doctor was friendly enough I guess. Not super outgoing, but I felt comfortable there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
