They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
