They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I think he needs to spend more time with patients; he has become conceited and can be somewhat rude.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
