A very disorganized office, surrounding a doctor who is very disorganized himself, forgets your diagnosis, recommends surgery too fast (received second consultation from another ENT who did not recommend), asks the same questions in the same consultation. The doctor is not great the office is and his assistant are even worse. Good luck getting records out of this office, they hold them hostage and won't respond unless you express deep frustrations with them, then they will do it.

No, they were very calm and understanding

Not only did they not offer me a remedy, I had to go somewhere else to get help
