Dr. Caples is an excellent cardiologist. He helped me through recuperation following my heart attack and bypass surgery in 1998. He is once again my cardiologist.

Dr Caples is a great DR. but his nurse Cathy, or spelled Kathy, is rude. Dr. Caples prescribed med for me & said it was electronic sent but then his nurse called & said not to fill it. I called the office when I left because the pharmacy said the nurse called them back & said no. So I called her & asked to talk to Dr Caples & she told me I wasn't allowed to talk to the Dr.. The next morning, Nov 5th I called early AM & told the lady what I wanted & she said she would have the office manager call me, which she did & said the med would be called in. It wasn't so I have done without & will call again in the AM. I don't give any star to his nurse.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. What made my experience more comfortable was the doctor's bedside manner. They were very friendly and welcoming. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
