This doctor obviously doesn't look at my chart because she always calls me by a name that is not my own. She rushes through our apppointments and gets defensive when I ask my own questions. I feel as though I have the same conversation with her each time I visit. I definitely do not recommend her.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Debra Schulte's assistant didn't call me when she was suppose to. Called and left her a message the next day and she still didn't respond to my call. She scheduled a MRI in Kentucky when she was suppose to talk to me first regarding a contact in Cincinnati. In addition, she never contacted me to inform me of the appointment made. This happened kind of thing has happened before. I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone after 3 p.m. and no one ever picked up.
