I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
