The office staff and procedure is absolute disaster. Bills are produced without any backup for services supposedly rendered months before. The doctor rarely sees patients or is even in the office. He exhibits no interest in how the office functions or what patients are going through.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
