Never, they are very reliable.

The doctor I have been seeing in the office for the past year left and Dr. Creamer refused to continue prescribing the pain medicine she was giving me. However, before the doctor who left would even take me as a patient is if Dr. Creamer okayed it because of the type of pain medicine I came in with. He approved for her to take my case and continue to prescribe my then currenct medication. Now, a year later, she has moved on and he threw her under the bus and me along with her. He does not want to prescribe my medication period! Now I am left with no more refills and facing withdrawl with no help insight. This will mostly certainly land me in the hospital which is very frightening as my health is precarious at best. I would never recomment this practice to anyone with serious pain issues. I have never been treated so rudely or poorly. I plan to report this Dr. to the medical review board.

Dr Creamer was head and tail above the other Rehab Medicine specialists I have seen. He controlled my pain and did not push me to try any interventionsl I did not want (Epidurals )They are so kind and caring, I was once in a car accident on my way to an appointment. My last practicioner would have sent a nasty letter threatening to charge me for being late. Dr Creamer actually called me to make certain I could still get my medication refilled even if I did not see him. . I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early and they've still been ready to see me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Every visit you wait an hour to get seen, meanwhile you have to listen to the constant chatter of the reception girls. Then your in a little room another twenty minutes. Prescription refills are a bloody nightmare. l've been on the same drugs twenty-two years, yet every refill requires call after call, fax after fax after fax. My pharmacist says they get more complaints about this office than any other in Orlando. Every time l go its a different person seeing me. Its been at least ten years since l actually saw Dr Creamer. The sad thing is he is the only doctor around for my personal condition, otherwise l would have left years ago. I hate this office and dread going every time.

I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me.
I answered this way because of appointment scheduling for additional tests and procedures are not always completed by staff. Dr Creamer was absolutely awesome!! He was kind and courteous, professional and thorough. However he has request three different tests and procedures that I can't get his staff to schedule for me after three attempts. Therefore I feel I have to go elsewhere for my treatment as I am suffering.
