No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The office answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Office staff is not knowledgable about insurance coverage. I was told they were in network and I was covered, but instead have just received a hefty bill. Would not recommend this office.
