Mostly this was because of his nurse.... Very rude!! I got the feeling that she thinks she was doing me a favor. Maybe it was a bad day, but I get the feeling that is the Norm. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Recommending them to someone would be like a punishment. I wouldn't want to give them any more business! They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. There are many more Doctors out there that may have a friendlier staff. I was never such in a hurry to get out the door. I was going to try and find a survey at MUSC to fill out but I believe this can have more effect.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
