I was very dissatisfied with Summerville Dermatology. During my visit, I felt very rushed and was under the impression that the doctor was in a hurry to be finished with the appointment. I could chalk this up to a bad day for him, but I was told he would schedule an MRI to take a look at a lump that I was concerned about. I never heard back from them about it. I called a few months later (early October) and told them the medicine I was given for my acne was not working and I was told they couldn't get me in until January. Three months! I was very unhappy about it, and called a few weeks later to see if there had been any cancellations. There had not been, and the lady I spoke to was not willing to help me at all. I called Germain Dermatology in Mt. Pleasant, and although it was a much longer drive, they got me in right away, spent a long time with me during the visit, and it was just an overall much better experience. I do not recommend Summerville Dermatology at all.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Kearse was very informative, took his time with us, and made my young daughter very comfortable. We had read negative comments online, but found our experience to be very positive and the comments completely unfounded.
