They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
