Very poorly run office prevented me from ever making it back to see Colle.

When scheduling an appointment I was put on hold for so long I thought she had forgotten about me. I should have stopped right there, but went ahead and made an appointment.

After an hour of waiting to be seen, I inquired how much longer would it be and she told me I was next. But, I wasn't. I don't know what's going on with their office, but after 1h and 10m of waiting I had to return to work. I won't be back.

I visited this office and was impressed by how kind Dr Colle is. He seemed very intelligent, patient, had no problem taking time to explain my plan of care, and made me feel comfortable. I feel confident he will try his best to fix the issue I am experiencing. The office staff was friendly also

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I for sure didn't feel like the person that answered the phone cared at all. My husband is diabetic and I made sure the lady knew this when I asked for an appointment because he needs to see a dermatologist. The staff member that answered the phone said they didn't have an appointment until August and we are in early June. Dr Colle was referred by a family member but I really don't think they were very empathetic or caring. They deserve a recommendation.

They don't treat their POTENTIAL clients well at ALL. I called in May for an appointment and all the RUDE person that answered the phone would say is we can offer you an appointment in Mid July - when I questioned her about what was mid July all she kept saying was Mid July, 3rd week of July. I got FRUSTRATED and HUNG the HECK UP. He needs to get a new receptionsit or send this one back to school on how to handle and treat prespective patients. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST him for SERVICE because his STAFF is R U D E to the highest. If this is how his staff acts than by NO means would I want to go to him. As they are suppose to be a direct representation of him and this girl was RUDE.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
