Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
