Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

What I really loved was how welcoming the doctor and staff were here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. The entire staff is so efficient and hard working. They work with me in every way that they can (I am not insured). I am now 60 years old and have been seeing doctors for a long time for some pretty serious conditions. I was so impressed with Dr. Kumar, a non-nonsense, very thorough and caring, extremely good doctor. I will definitely be with them for the long haul.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
