As a new patient, they did everything they could to accommodate me and they fit me right in immediately. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as was the doctor. Carilion Family Medicine went above and beyond to make me feel at home. You really get that "small town feeling" at this doctor's office and I will definitely be returning for years to come!

Both physicians are quite capable and caring. Dr Huffman is keen on following up on care of the patient and is willing to research any question they may have about their condition and/or medication. He also stays current on medical information.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it.
