Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The doctor was 45 minutes late seeing me and I knew I wouldn't be in his office long because there were 5 other people waiting. I was right, he brushed off my issue and referred me elsewhere. The front desk manager, when I came to her with my concern, chastised me for about ten minutes. The doctor and the office staff are very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit because of the doctor. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
