Excellent doctor. he treated my skin condition when others could not figure out the issue. Yes, the wait time was too long, but in the end it was worth it.

I went to Dr. Golomb once and he misdiagnosed me. He assured me that I had genital warts, but when I went to a different dermatologist, that doctor did a biopsy and it turned out to be just a benign mole.

I have had three appointments at this office. Each time, I waited the better part of an hour, without explanation or apology. The organization of the office is poor. The doctor is quite aloof, and has a poor bedside manner.

After a first visit, I was prescribed some medicines. At the second visit, when those weren't effective, the doctor suggested I get a biopsy done to send in for tests, and stressed that it is just a small sample taken. I assumed this was a band-aid type affair with minimal healing. After the procedure, he informed me that I had to come in a week later. That was not possible, since I would be traveling at that time. Had I been told that before the procedure, I could have rescheduled it for after my travel. Now, with a hole in my back, I had to rearrange travel and come in between flights (what a nightmare), then wait an hour for that checkup!

Otherwise, the office is a bit of a mess. The rooms are covered in a mishmash of photocopied pharma ads, posters, travel mementos, and various signs that all seem rudely phrased toward patients. All quite strange.
