Dr Bajaj treats myself, 4 of my family members and several friends (upon our recommendation) . He is a wonderful doctor ,who is always thorough and takes time to explain every concern we have.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I was assigned to this doctor while in the hospital and I followed up with him. He is not very accessible. His office staff is not very professional. You call and they just say doctor's office and never have any answers. He was over 30 minutes late to the appointment and then hurried through my visit. I have a significant issue and felt I needed to see someone who was more attentive to my needs. When I requested medical records from the office, it has taken over 7 weeks to get a response. They said the person was on vacation that took care of it. I called again and they said no one was in the office. I am still waiting and expect to file a complaint.
