I called and spoke with a "Pat" and she was not very customer service oriented. I had questions about a referral and she kept dismissing me and giving short answers as if she did not want to be at work. I called back and mentioned it to her and she said that she apologize but she had a lot of phone calls to deal with. I told her that was no excuse to rude with the patients and you just can't treat/talk to people any kind of way because of your workload. She said it was not her job and that she was just helping out. I told her it was her job at the moment. I understand about working with the public, I deal with it on a daily basis myself. No excuse when things are not going you way. It would be a good idea if she took some customer service classes. Hope this don't happen often. Not good and don't look good on the doctor's office!

The doctor is very thorough. You do to leave the office without all your questions being answered. You are not just a "number" with an allotted 15 minute visit. As such, you may be waiting longer than usual to be seen as this thoroughness is afforded to each patient. For me, this is a fair trade-off.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
