When I called to schedule my appt. the laady I spoke with was very kind and spoke perfect english. When I arrived for my visit the same young women that scheduled my appt. took my insurance information and walked me through the office process for their billing and collected my copay. She was doing many things at once and looked like she is the only one who knows about evrything in the office. She was nice and has great people skills.
The problem came when I was called to the back. The assistant who called me back did not speak english very well and he lacked professionalism to say the least. He seemed boredwith my problem and should have been taking a nap. I waited in the room for the doctor for about 20 minutes. When he came in he seemed rushed but seemed to know what I was there for. The prescription that he gave me worked great.
When I walked out, there was a much older women by the front desk and she was not nice. She was talking about payments and money and was misrable towards evryone. I don't think she believed me when I told her I had already paid my copay and was not happy to be working there.
This practice could benefit from offering the older women another job away from patients. She is not a good face for the practice image. I don't know that I would go back again.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
