Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this ENT Otolaryngologist's office?
Yes
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist offer you a possible remedy for your condition during your first visit?
They eventually found a remedy, but it took them forever
Did this provider have bad breath?
Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Don't even try to ask this man questions about his procedures, or treatment. The man puts himself at gods' level. I have never met such an arragant person as this one is. He belittles you for asking questions and basically demeans you all in one visit. Find someone else, not him.
