The office staff is very rude. I had a billing error that I called about. Talked to Peggy (billing girl?). She was incredibly rude explaining that I owed for my deductible. My ins. does not have deductibles, it pays 100% with patient copays at doctors office. She was so arrogant in telling me I was wrong. She called back and guess what.... she was wrong! They did not charge me the correct copay at my visit. She never apologized for her rudeness or their error. I will not go back. I don't need to be treated in that manner. Doctor was nice enough, but seemed very tired. She only spent about 3 min. with my daughter for her acne. The medicine prescribed did not even work. I will find another office that is more professional.
