Dr. Katz is non-responsive to patient's concerns. She has a very cavalier attitude towards her specialty. She should be a dermatologist, removing pimples from peoples backsides.

Her office staff is exceedingly unhelpful. The physician assistant and other ancillary staff, such as the sonogram technician, are very curt and, in the case of the sonogram technician, extremely inconsiderate of other people's time. I had to wait more than one hour for a sonogram, and after I was admitted into the office, I was waiting another 15 minutes while the sonogram technician was just chatting with one of the doctors. Not a word of apology for the wait. Today I went for my annual, and they did not have a record of my appointment. Again, not an apology, it was just "rescheduled" as if it had been my fault. The doctors in the practice do call back if you have a question, but Dr. Katz is particularly unpleasant.
