I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
