Staff is nice at the N'field location..Dr. is rude ,he's not concerned about your problem. You explain your issue and it's like whatever! He says insurance company is not going to pay for the procedure that I need... that's a lie! You pay a co-pay and the insurance company pays for the rest and you get no results... Will not return to his office anymore!

The staff is nice but I found the doctor to be rude. When he realized I had a legitimate concern his tone changed but before that he was cocky and dismissive. Who needs that?

I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. I had taken both of my daughters here for treatment of ear problems.They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. Dr. Matlick assessed my younger daughters hearing loss while talking to her about her sister;s treatment all by accident. Luckily he was a very observant doctor.I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards.
