Will not release medical records to the non custodial parent which is HIPAA violation - had to deal directly with the Attorney General to get medical records of my child - would stay away from Hamden Pediatrics

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was well organized and clean. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
