They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Very professional and helpful office. Dr. Finkelstein is a very capable physician.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
