All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

No, there was no annoying music
by I used to be concerned about what people thought of me. People pleasing is such a waste. Today, I do me & take care of those in my world. I do acts of kindness, helping those who need it. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Did you meet with the cosmetic surgeon during your consultation, or a representative?
The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
