The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They charged me a no show fee of $25 when I called and cancelled an appointment because I had pink eye. The business manager told me I should know that Dr. Grubbe treats pink eye, although I obtained a prescription from another physician had given me a prescription and I didn't want to share the infection. They also charged me a no show fee when I made an appointment at 10:45 a.m., and when I arrived, the rude lady at the front told me I was excessively late and that my appointment was at 10:15. When I told her it was a misunderstanding either on their part or my part, she continued to lecture me about being late (as if it were a huge inconvenience to her - the receptionist). I told her I would not be coming back and then they charged me another $25 no show fee.
