Bought a hearing aid from this practice which worked fine until the holidays. It stopped working one day, and when I called I was informed the audiologist was away through the holidays and would return in about TWO WEEKS. And, there was absolutely nothing they could do (oh! she MIGHT call in and they could tell her about the problem, but she still wouldn't be able to do anything for two weeks.) When informed that I needed my hearing aid to be able to do my work, the receptionist again said that she was away and there was nothing they could do. This is a very very UNPROFESSIONAL office, I obviously do not recommend using it.

The staff here is somewhat friendly. They aren't rude but don't do much more than the bare minimum. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were expensive, but any quality product will be. I have warned everyone I know to avoid this ENT doctor. Nothing good will come from going here!

the usual wait time for this office is FAR too long. The Dr. knows what he's doing, but his office is old, not very attractive and small.
