It was not easy to reach them. Their equipment was safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. The waiting room chairs in their reception area were comfy. It made a good impression. The staff were really helpful. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with!
